Corporate Governance
We have looked very closely at and intensively discussed the recommendations of the
Cromme Commission on Corporate Governance Standards. As an international company
with a history going back 100 years we expressly endorse the content of the codex,
which contains standards that are acknowledged nationally and internationally for good
and responsible corporate management.
We see this as an important measure for enhancing the trust placed in us by shareholders,
capital backers, employees, business partners and the general public. For this reason the
executive bodies of Balda AG have unanimously adopted a resolution to implement the
Corporate Governance Codex. The company thus undertakes to pursue transparent and
responsible corporate management and control, both oriented to sustainable growth and
value creation.
