as an attorney since 2002. He has been an inde-
pendent attorney and partner with a law firm in
Berlin since 2005.
Yu-Sheng Kai was responsible for the private equity investment business of a major
U.S. bank in the Greater China region for 10 years and is now Managing Director of a
company engaged in the investment advisory business, based in Hong Kong.
Chun-Chen Chen possesses management experience in enterprises for the manufacture
of monitor displays. He is president of a Taiwanese company that produces touch
monitor displays.
