of the Chief Executive Officer.  Specialist teams of project engineers and sales
specialists work together on the globally intertwined production and sales markets.

Balda is the brand name that customers have come to know and trust. It is positioned
and trusted by decision-makers for contracts all over the world. With our innovative
approach to production, the same product can be produced at two or more production
locations on several continents. Our sales division has adapted well to this global division
of labour and are able to supply products anywhere.

The Balda Group is notably represented in the key Asian markets. In Europe Balda
maintains a solid base at the head office in Oeynhausen and a subsidiary in the USA.
