The registered office of the Group's holding company, Balda AG, is located in Bad Oeyn-
hausen in Germany. The holding company manages and controls the Group companies.
It is also responsible for the overall strategy of the Balda Group and Group Communications.

The Balda Group is structured into two segments in two countries:

•    Germany: Medical technology products
•    Malaysia: Electronic Products

The company is also represented with a subsidiary for sales in the USA.
