Dominik Müser
CEO & CFO

Dominik Müser, born in Germany in 1967, has extensive and
long standing expertise in the areas of restructuring, and
organizational and strategic realignment of businesses.

He graduated from the University of Cologne with a degree
in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann). In addition,
he has acquired qualifications in the areas of Advanced
Financial Statement Analysis, Strategic Cost Management,
Leadership and Strategic Planning.

Since 2010 he has served as Managing Director.

From 2004 to 2006 he occupied positions as Executive Vice
President and Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) with the
Vereinigten Deutschen Nickel-Werke AG (VDN), headquar-
tered in Düsseldorf. Between 2005 and 2009 he was engaged
as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with Venilia Alkor GmbH, a
subsidiary of VDN AG in Gräfelfing, Bavaria. In this post he
assumed full operational responsibility of four production
plants and eight distribution companies, including direct
responsibility for finance, controlling, major projects and
international marketing and business development.

In the years 2001 to 2003 he worked as Commercial Director
of BPB Rigips GmbH in Dusseldorf, and subsequently as Chief
Financial Officer of BPB GmbH, in Dusseldorf (Regional CFO
for Central and Eastern Europe and Scandinavia).

From 1993 to 2001 Mr. Müser worked at Roland Berger Stra-
tegy Consultants in Munich and Berlin, and was most recently
active there as Associated Partner. He was responsible, inter
alia, for several projects in the area of restructuring, organi-
zation, M & A, post-merger integration, cost management
and increasing efficiency in companies of varying industries.



James Lim
COO

James is a veteran of 30 years in the fields of Management,
Manufacturing Operations, Business and Product Develop-
ment, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Business Finance.

James, who is 54 years old, graduated from the University of
Malaya with an Honours degree in Electrical Engineering.

After graduating, he joined ABB and General Electric (USA),
based in Malaysia. Over the next 7 years he progressed from
an engineering position to a staff management position.

At Maxtor, a supplier of computer hard drives, he held the
position of Quality and Operations Director.

As Managing Director at Crest Ultrasonics Penang, a com-
pany specialising in the design and manufacture of high-
precision cleaning systems, he was responsible for the
performance of the business.

At Seagate Ipoh, Malaysia, a newly established manufac-
turing facility, James increased the size of the facility in
record time to 8,000 employees. His contributions in the
areas of Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality
and Support Services were recognised and he was reloca-
ted to Seagate Penang as Managing Director and eventually
made Vice President.

In 2004 he became the CEO of Balda Solutions Malaysia.
James revamped the management organisation, implemen-
ted Product Development portfolios, created a strong customer
focus and simplified various manufacturing processes. Under
James’s
leadership, the company’s revenue and profits grew.

By the end of 2010, James chose to retire. James possesses
a proven track record in providing strong leadership, firm ethi-
cal views and a strong passion for working with colleagues.
