Rainer Mohr (51) previously was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Sovello AG,
a producer of solar modules in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, Saxony-Anhalt. He has a long-standing general management experience with national and international companies with a sales volume of up to 500 million euros. His strength lies in developing and implementing company and financing strategies, including the analysis of process variances both in start-up companies and in expansion, restructuring and restoration phases, in business development, in company participation management and in M&A transactions.
In his career he held executive and advisory management positions among others with Raab Karcher, Züchner + Gruss, in various entities of the Babcock-Borsig Group in Germany, USA, China, Indonesia and India. In the Balke Durr Group he was CFO. Rainer Mohr has a diploma in Business Management. |
